No more waiting by the roadside wondering if the bus has passed. Follow your child's school bus live with the ClassaAddmin parent app, without sharing your own location.
It is 6:20 a.m. Your child is dressed, fed and holding their school bag at the gate. The bus usually comes around 6:30. Today it is 6:45 and there is no sign of it.
Is it stuck in traffic? Has it already passed? Should you call the school, call the driver, or start looking for a trotro?
If you have lived this morning, you are not alone. For many families who use school buses, the uncertainty of waiting is one of the most stressful parts of the day. ClassaAddmin's parent app was built to end that guessing.
With the ClassaAddmin parent app, you can follow your child's school bus on a map while it is on its route. The bus driver uses the ClassaAddmin driver app, which shares the bus's location. You open your app and see where the bus is right now.
That simple view changes the morning:
In the afternoon, it works the other way. You can see the bus heading home, so someone is at the gate when it arrives.
Many parents ask a fair question: "If I can see the bus, can the bus see me?"
No. The ClassaAddmin parent app follows the school bus only. It does not share your location with the school, the driver or anyone else. You get to see where your child's bus is without giving up information about where you are.
We believe that is how school transport apps should work. Families should get visibility and keep their privacy at the same time.
Knowing where the bus is gives you more than convenience. It helps you notice when something is not right.
If the bus has stopped for a long time, or is far from its usual route, you can see it and contact the school. You are no longer depending on hearing about a breakdown or delay hours later.
It also helps children. A child waiting at the gate with an adult who knows the bus is five minutes away is calmer and safer than one who has been standing by a busy road for half an hour.
The parent app is made for the smartphones most Ghanaian families already use. It is designed to be light on mobile data, so checking the bus each morning does not eat into your bundle.
You do not need to be good with technology. Open the app, and the bus is there.
If your school does not use ClassaAddmin yet, tell them about it. Many schools adopt new tools because parents asked.
Mornings with children will never be perfectly quiet. But they can be less anxious. When you can see the bus coming, you spend less time worrying and more time getting your child ready for the day.
That is what ClassaAddmin is for: fewer "Where is the bus?" moments, and more peace of mind for every family on the route.
