Branches are priced on your combined enrolment, so the volume rate follows the group instead of restarting at every branch — three 500-pupil branches pay the 1,500-pupil rate, not three separate ones. Plus a custom data-processing agreement, a dedicated support contact, and custom integrations for your accounting package or existing SMS provider.

We run several branches — how does that price?+
Branches are priced on your combined enrolment, not one by one. The volume bands run across the whole group, so three 500-pupil branches pay the 1,500-pupil rate rather than three separate 500-pupil rates. You can settle each branch separately or pay for all of them in one transaction.
Is there a setup fee?+
No. Your subscription is the only cost. We'll import your existing pupils and chart of accounts at no extra charge.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes — at any time. The change applies from the next billing cycle. Downgrades and upgrades are equally painless.
How do I pay?+
Paystack handles MoMo (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo), Visa and Mastercard. Renewal can be one-tap or fully automatic. Most schools pay per term, timed to term opening when fees come in. Yearly saves 17% — three terms for the price of two and a half. Monthly is available at a small premium. Bank transfer on request for annual plans.
Is there a contract?+
No. Cancel any time, your data exports as CSV at no extra cost. If you cancel mid-term we leave your data live until term-end so report cards still print.
How is the price worked out?+
Per pupil, per term. The rate drops as your school grows: the first 200 pupils are at the full rate, the next 300 at 30% less, and everything above 500 at half. Schools under 80 pupils all pay the same flat minimum, so a very small school is never priced out.
What if pupils join or leave mid-term?+
We take your enrolment a few weeks into the term, once late admissions have settled, and fix it for that term. Movement after that never changes a bill you've already agreed — it's picked up at the start of the next term.
What if my school has more than 1,000 pupils?+
It just works — the volume bands keep going, so a 1,500-pupil school pays a much lower blended rate than a 200-pupil one. Drag the slider up and you'll see the exact figure. No custom quote needed.
How many SMS do I get?+
Starter includes 4 per pupil each term, Pro 8, and Family is unlimited under a fair-use ceiling. If you run out on Starter or Pro you can buy a top-up bundle from GH₵25 — credits roll over and never expire.
Are the prices in cedis?+
Yes. All prices are GH₵ inclusive of any taxes. We invoice in cedis on your chosen cadence — monthly or yearly — and you pay in cedis.
What happens after the trial?+
On day 30 of your trial we'll send a renewal reminder. If you do nothing, the app goes read-only for a 7-day grace window — your data stays put, you just can't edit. Renew within grace and you're back to normal.
