Payments parents already use
Each pupil has a private parent link. Guardian opens it, sees the balance, taps Pay. Paystack handles MoMo, card and Mastercard — your school doesn't need a separate merchant account. Receipts download as PDF.
Reconcile without lifting a finger
Paystack's webhook settles each payment to the matching invoice immediately. A cron job re-polls anything that didn't webhook within five minutes — the dropped-event backstop. The bursar checks balances; nothing to enter.
